By installing and using the Abiliquest mobile application ("Abiliquest App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not install or use the Abiliquest App.

Please note that these terms and conditions are in addition to any other agreements or policies that may govern your use of the Abiliquest App.

1. Use of the Abiliquest App

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Abiliquest App. By installing and using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 Personal Health Assistant Services

The Abiliquest App is a personal health assistant designed to track and facilitate activities and well-being. The app provides features such as personal tracking, life coaching, medical record management, and community engagement. The information and recommendations provided by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for personalized medical advice and treatment.

1.3 User Responsibilities

When using the Abiliquest App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the app.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Use the app solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the app or its users.
• Not impersonate or misrepresent yourself as another person or entity.

2. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Abiliquest App, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Abiliquest App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and content, belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the app without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or upload to the Abiliquest App ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the app's services.

4.2 Content Restrictions

When submitting User Content, you agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Submit content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Abiliquest App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Abiliquest App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing and using the app.

7. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Abiliquest App or these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Abiliquest operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of the Abiliquest App shall be exclusively brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Abiliquest regarding the use of the Abiliquest App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
